After 4 weeks into the 2012 NFL season, we grade the Packers in traditional categories.

Passing Offense  B. QB Aaron Rodgers had 109 completions of 156 passes (69%), 1,064 yards, 7 touchdowns, 3 interceptions, & 96 passer rating. Punter Tim Masthay had 1 completion of 1 passes for 27 yards and 1 touchdown. Jordy Nelson had 21 receptions for 260 yards and 1 touchdown. Jermichael Finley had 19 catches for  187 yards and 1 touchdown. Randall Cobb had 18 catches for 162 yards. James Jones had 16 catches for 191 yards and 3 touchdown. Greg Jennings had 12 receptions for 78 yards and1 touchdown

Rushing Offense: B+. Cedric Benson had 64 carries for 228 yards and 1 touchdown. Aaron Rodgers had 15 carries for 51 yards; John Kuhn had 4 carries for 8 yards; Randall Cobb had 2 carries for 48 yards.

Passing defense: C. Excluding the Saints game with soft zone coverage, they were improving with greater pressure, more sacks, solid tackling, and great coverage. Sacks: Clay Matthews has 7 Sacks. Charles Woodson has 1.5 Sacks. Nick Perry has 1 Sack. Wilson has 1 sack. Interceptions: Tramon Williams has 2 interceptions. Charles Woodson has 1 interception. Jerron McMillian has 1 interception.

Rushing defense: C. The Saints game showed their improving front line defense limiting the Saints to only 45 rushing yards!  

Special Teams: A. The Packers executed two special teams plays for a score and a first down. The kicking, the punting, and coverage units are solid enough.

Coaching: C. In the first three games, the game plan and adjustments were not enough to win complete games (1-2). In the fourth game, McCarthy excecuted a good plan with good adjustments. 

Overall: C. The Packers are only 2-2 facing a 3 game road trip.
