Legendary senior writer, Packers lead blogger & NFC featured columnist jclombardi's news about RB Lacy getting recognition for rookie of the year.

With the NFL playoffs leading to the Super Bowl, the annual NFL performance awards are coming out from various sources. Rookie running back Eddie Lacy and offensive tackle David Bakhtiari were named to the 2013 Pro Football Focus All-Rookie Team.  Also, rookie RB Lacy was named the 2013 Pro Football Writers Of America Rookie Of The Year along with making their 2013 PFWA All-Rookie Team. Also, offensive guard Josh Sitton was named to the 2013 PFWA All-NFC team. These are great honors for fine Packers players, especially the two rookies.

UPDATE: He is a pro-bowl bound as RB Lacy will replace Vikings RB Peterson in NFL Pro Bowl. He is a fine young man with a great future.  The 2014 Packers look to be unstoppable with everybody back and proper off-season additions.  Yes, TT has to make some free agent moves to fill big holes...the draft will not be enough.
